Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Germany, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary, Cyprus, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Norway, United States, all other countries only upon request.
Shipping Costs (including statutory value-added tax)
We do not charge any shipping costs.
Provision of Digital Content:
No shipping costs apply for digital content (data created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 48 hours of contract conclusion (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).

This email with access data for the provision of digital content will be sent within 48 hours of contract conclusion (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) takes place within 5 - 15 working days, and international deliveries within 5 - 15 working days after contract conclusion (for agreed advance payment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
