Payment and Shipping
The following conditions apply:
Delivery is only within Germany.
Shipping Costs (including statutory VAT)
We do not charge any shipping costs.
Provision of Digital Content:
No shipping costs are incurred for digital content (data that is created and provided in digital form).
Digital content will be sent to you as a file via email within 48 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Digital content will be provided to you via a link sent by email.
This email with access data for the provision of digital content will be sent within 48 hours after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Delivery Times
Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, domestic delivery (Germany) of the goods will take place within 3 - 15 business days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction).
Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, the goods will be shipped in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
